SHIPPING, REFUNDS, FAULTY GOODS AND CANCELLATIONS
The Healthy Horse Company utilises a variety of postal solutions/couriers, and endeavour to dispatch all items ordered before 12 noon on the same working day. Orders received after 12 noon may be dispatched the next working day.
The Healthy Horse Company can not accept returns of opened items.
We can not be held responsible for delays in transit of orders as this is outside of our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that full name, address, postcode, mobile phone and email details are recorded accurately at the Checkout. We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery of parcels due to inaccurate address details being provided to us, however we will do our best to help sort the matter out. Parcels that have been returned to us because a customer has failed to re-arrange delivery or collect from a courier/postal collection point will incur a futher shipping charge in order for us to re-send the order.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please inform us immediately by email on: email@example.com and provide us with photographic evidence of the damage. We may arrange to have the parcel collected from you and returned to us. We will either send you a replacement or an alternative item.
If you wish to cancel an order after the order has been received or dispatched by us, please return the items to us in an unopened and re-saleable condition. The cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility. Once the item has been received by us, we will then refund to you the cost of the products minus the initial shipping cost of sending the item to you. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £3.00 per cancelled order (this applies to all products, feed plans and analysis services).
